Personal, non-commercial use of guides and tools for your own relocation planning is permitted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Paid services are billed as described at the time of purchase. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) with approximate GBP equivalents for convenience — actual GBP charges may vary based on exchange rates. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.

The GP Jobs Hub displays employment opportunities sourced from recruitment partners and medical practices. GP2Aus acts as an intermediary and is not the employer for any listed position. Job listings are provided in good faith but we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or terms of any listing. Employment relationships are formed directly between you and the hiring practice or agency. We are not responsible for hiring decisions, employment conditions, or disputes arising from any position.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with UK GDPR and the Australian Privacy Act 1988. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described therein.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GP2Aus and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. Users in the United Kingdom also have access to UK legal protections where applicable under consumer law. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
